Hotel B1 welcomes you to a quiet side street in the Kaulsdorf district of Berlin. Located near the B1/B5 federal highway, the A10 motorway is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

The hotel comprises two buildings: the main building with reception and breakfast room (Am Niederfeld 7) and the annex, a charming historic building located directly on the B1/B5 (Alt-Kaulsdorf 18).
Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
We also offer flexible check-in options: You can check in daily at the self-check-in terminal from 3:00 pm until 9:00 am the following day. Alternatively, you can check in via smartphone – your smartphone will then serve as your room key.
